The history of Houser Cook runs deep. It all started with Mary Houser who planted the seed when she started her own CPA firm in 1997 out of her home in Southwest Michigan. Mary's firm had many life stages as it grew from a handful of clients in 1997 to over 600 clients by 2019.
Ryan Cook started practicing as a CPA in 2003 and worked for a few local CPA firms before deciding to join Houser & Associates, PC in November 2019 as Mary's successor in waiting. In July 2020, Mary and Ryan merged their clients and Houser, Cook & Associates, PC was formed. On December 1, 2021, Houser, Cook & Associates, PC officially changed its name to Houser Cook when Mary Houser retired after an illustrious 40 year career as a CPA.
Houser Cook takes pride in timely and accurate services that create value for our clients. We take time to teach our clients to understand and learn their various tax and accounting needs.
